How to set agency discount without VAT from the addressbook

Booking Manager has had an option to exclude Agency discount from VAT for some time now. This option was set in Reservation settings and was set globally for the entire system.

This could pose a problem for charter companies that worked with foreign and domestic agents that have different rules for applying VAT to them.

Booking Manager v9.0 has moved one step further in making work with agents easier by enabling this feature to be assigned to each Agent on individual level in Address Book.

This is real easy to set. Open Address Book, find the agent and select it (1.), next click on tab Misc (2.) and find option Agency discount without VAT (3.).
Value of this option is default which means that setting selected in Reservation settings applies.

If you want to calculate Agency discount without VAT, place selection on Yes. If not place the selection on No.

This will apply the setting to the contact regardless of what is set in Reservation settings.

Press Apply whe you are done (4.)
