How to manage additional agency discounts

Setting your own discounts

To enter your own extras go to My Account (1.)  > Reservation settings (2.) > Discounts editor (3.)


 

Once you entered the Discounts editor, press New (1.) to open a new discount.

Set the name (2.) and the trigger type (3.), where trigger type is a way that the discount is applied.

Trigger types are as follows:

  1. no trigger - this means that the discount has to be applied manually on each reservation
  2. Service duration - this trigger applies the discount if duration of charter is set for a certain number of days e.g for a 2 week charter, here you can also set the order period during which the discount is applied - has to meet both criteria
  3. Reservation period - set the dates for the period during which the discount is applied
  4. Service period - here you set the dates for a period in which charter takes place and in addition here you can also set the order period during which the discount is applied - has to meet both criteria
  5. Last minute - set how many days before the charter check in the discount is applied and here you can also set the order period during which the discount is applied - has to meet both criteria

After trigger type set the percentage of the discount (4.).

Press Save (5.) when finished.



All the discounts you add will appear on the Booking request automatically if the trigger criteria are met. To include the discount in your booking request place a check next to it (1.). Any discount that you leave unchecked (2.) will not be included.



Once you added the discounts you wanted, you can proceed to sending the offer to your client by pressing the Request (1.) button
