question about portal

When I am booking on the portal I enter one guest name, but on the documents I get a different name. Why is that happening?

The reason for this is that you have used an e-mail address that is already entered in the address book so the name from the address book was used and not the one you entered.

When entering a guest name on the portal always use unique e-mail address if it is a new guest or use the contact from the address book for the old ones.
