Wrong company name on documents
Why is the wrong company info on my documents even though they are correctly entered in My account?
The reason why you get wrong company data on some bookings is because at one point you changed the company data and that is why it is displayed correctly in My account.
However, when you originally joined Booking Manager with different company data and started using the system that data entered into address books of charter companies.
When your company data changed it changed only in the central system and not in the individual charter address books. Each charter company maintains the address book individually.
You need to contact the charter company to change your company data in their address book and you will get correct data on your documents.
