How to Change Agency Commission

Booking Manager gives you the flexibility to set-up the general Commission rule, and then to configure it also for each individual agency.

General Commission rule

In Preferences/Reservation I Invoice settings

1. Enter Default client/agent discount percentage
2. Press Apply

Each charter decides how to do VAT setup

Individual Agency rule

To give a certain agent different commission than in a general setting

1. Open address book and enter the agency name
2. Go to tab Misc
3. Insert commission percentage
4. Press apply

This is how to do it in the Web Application:

Click on Settings - Reservation Settings - Invoice

Find the Default client/agent discount field and enter the desired value:

Individual Agency rule

To give a certain agent different commission than in a general setting:

Go to your Address book, select the agency name and go to the tab Misc.

Scroll down to find the field Agent commission/discount, set the percentage and click Save.
