How to Assign Different Price List Depending on the Boat Product

In Local Booking manager system you can setup s different price list for each boat depending on the type of boat product.

1. Go to Yachts

From the Main Screen click Work - Yachts

2. Choose a yacht and choose product

Go to Properties Tab and choose default yacht product (Bareboat, Cabin, Crewed, Flottila, Powered). NOTE: You can only choose one default product. From the Other products dropdown menu, you can either choose one or multiple products and assign it to the boat. To choose multiple products hold Ctrl button on the keyboard and choose products.

3. Go to Setup - Prices.

4. Choose a boat that has multiple products assigned, and insert the price for that product for specific period. Default tab is the price for the default product that was assigned to the boat.

5. Choose other product from the list of products assigned to the boat to insert the prices. Procedure is the same for each product.

6. Go to Main Screen.

Now you can choose specific product and the price assigned will be automatically visible. Choose a starting date, click More and choose product from the dropdown menu by clicking on the Product option.

7. To see the price for different products assigned, choose a product from the dropdown menu.

How to Assign Different Price List Depending on the Boat Product on the Web version

On the main screen, navigate to Settings > Yacht Settings

On Yacht Settings, select the yacht and on the tab Properties, scroll down until you see Other Products, from there select all the products that are available for the yacht.
