How to add Extra Information about the Boat

In Local Booking Manager you can add extra information about the boat that can be sent in the Price quote in addition to the general info, extras and discounts.

How to add setting to Show Yacht Extra Info in Price Quote

Go to Preferences-Reservations

1. Choose Price quote tab
2. Select- Show yacht extra info in price quote
3. Choose Apply

How to add Extra Information about the Boat

Open Work > Yachts

1. Click on the boat to select it
2. On the right, find the Extra info field
3. Enter extra information about the boat,it can be a plain text or a link.
4. You can also enter translations for languages other than English 

5. Click on Apply  to save the information.
   
   
   
   Once you've entered the Extra info, it will be shown in the Price quote

   On the main screen, select Settings (1) > Price Quote Settings (2) > Settings (3)
   

   The Show yacht extra info in the price quote needs to be enabled

   

   How to add Extra Information about the Boat

   Navigate to Settings (1) > Yacht settings (2)

   

   On the Yacht settings, select the yacht to which you want to add extra information, and on the right side of the panel, scroll down until you reach the Extra info field (1). When you enter the data, click on save

   

   Once you've entered the Extra info, it will be shown in the Price quote
