Booking Manager enables you to choose if you want to issue Booking Confirmation for your guest
What is Booking Confirmation for Guest
This is a document that doesn't have agency commission and amount on it.
When you open a reservation and add an agent, the system will automatically calculate agency commission and show it on the calulation.
- The amount for a Guest
- Amount which Agency needs to pay you
How to issue Booking confirmation for Guest
To issue a Booking Reservation which will have the amount which Guest needs to pay, find a reservation, go to
Work-Reservations
On the left side choose the reservation for which you want to issue Booking confirmation for guest
- Select File
- Choose Print Booking Confirmation for Guest
- Select the Language
A Booking Confirmation will not have agency commission and amount of it.
How to issue a booking confirmation for a Guest on the Web version
On My Bookings (1), find the reservation (2) and then click on the Print Booking Confirmation for Guest (3)
