How to Add Video of The Boat

Booking Manager enables you to add a Video link of the Yacht as extra info so it would be visible to agents.

How to Set the application to Show Yacht Extra Info in Price Quote

Before adding a Video link of the Yacht make sure setting for extra info is on

Go to Preferences-Reservations

1. Choose Price quote tab
2. Select- Show yacht extra info in price quote
3. Choose Apply

How to Get a Link for your Video

The best solution is to upload your video on Youtube and then use the URL to insert them into our system. 

Find your Video on Youtube

1. Click Share

  2. Find the link

  3. Click on Copy

How to Add Video Link on the Boat

Go to Work -Yachts

1. Find a Boat on which you want to add Video link
2. Go to tab Properties
3. Add a Link In the field Extra info

      4. Select Apply

When you Add a boat to Price Quote YACHT VIDEO will be visible

Here is how to do it on the Web Application:

Before adding a Video link of the Yacht make sure setting for extra info is on.

Select- Show yacht extra info in price quote (3)

Click on  "Save"

How to Add Video Link on the Boat

Go to "Settings" (1) > "yacht_settings" (2) 

Find a Boat on which you want to add a Video link, add the Link in the field "Extra Info" (3) and click on "Save".

Everything else remains the same as it is in your Local Booking Manager application.
