Release Notes 8.10 (20.06.2012)

New Booking Manager version 8.10 has been released. Here are the detailed release notes:

 - new: YachtCheck rating system added to Booking Manager. Connect your yachts to this
     rating system by entering YachtCheck company id in Company seetings->Rating systems
     and entering YachtCheck yacht id on each of your yachts.
 - new: Price quote: If yacht under option is added to the price quote it will contain
     number of days until this option expires. This feature can be turned on/off in the
     Reservation settings/Defaults/Show option expiry days in price quote.
 - new: Work/Reservations: New preview of the e-crew export is now available when sending
     your crew to the e-crew service.
 - new: Preferences/Company settings: It is now possible to add your base info documents
     to each base. If base info document is checked for attaching then it will be added
     to your emails when you send quick price quote or reservation information from
     Reservation editor. This document will also be visible to an agency when they book
     your boat on the Portal.
 - new: Work/Reservations: Added new option for automatic setting of payment storno date
     when printing storno payment or master invoice. Option can be found in Preferences->
     Reservation settings->Defaults under "Generated storno dates".
 - new: Main: New synchronization indicator at the bottom will warn you with a yellow icon
     that you've changed something and need to synchronize or it will go red if
     synchronization wasn't performed for a long time.
 - new: Setup/Payment analyser: New preview of all the invoices is available in the
     payment analyser if you choose to "Show by" Invoices. You can also view all the
     invoices for selected reservations in Reservation editor (Action->Invoices)
 - new: Reports/Daily usage: Added base picker so that you can view your daily usage by
     base.
 - new: Portal: WBM Search engine now has a new filtering option. Beside filtering availability
     on specific day now you can get available yachts in specific week, +/-1 week, +/-2 weeks,
     or in a whole month.
 - new: Portal: Added "Note" field in My clients page.
 - fix: Work/Reservations: Saving reservation as canceled or custom is now allowed
     regardless of yacht availability in that period.
 - new: Expiring option warning emails: System will send you an email for the options
     which will expire the next day. This option can be turned on/off in Reservation
     settings/Online/Delete expired options on Web and LBM.
 - new: Reports/Price list: Translated in all 6 languages.
 - new: Work/Reservations: Crew list report is translated in all 18 languages.
 - new: Work/Addressbook: Added new filter for filtering specific agency discounts. There
     is also new button right next to the agency discount field which will remove defined
     agency discounts on all selected users in the table view.
 - new: Work/Reservations: Payment storno date will be automatically set if storno report
     is printed and if storno date isn't yet set.
 - fix: Main: Fixed issue with price quote table on small screen resolutions.
