When you are printing documents from Booking Manager, the program takes the data from Preferences > Company settings > Company properties and forms Header address and Header detail to make a complete header for your documents.
If you need other data to be shown in the header of your documents you can use Printing options to customize your header.
Standard document headerStandard header for documents is formed in the following way:
from Preferences > Company settings > Company properties it will take Name (1.), Address (2.), City (3.), Country (4.) and Zip code (5.) to form Header address and Tel 1 (6.), Tel 2 (7.), fax (8.), E-mail (9.) and Web Site (10.) to form Header detail.
The document with default data will have Header address (1.) and Header detail (2.) like this:
Creating custom header
If default data is not enough and you want to put more or different information in the header or you want to remove data from the header of the documents you can modify both Header address and Header details.Go to Preferences > Printing options > Header address (1.) and write the information you want to display (2.), for example if you want to add the VAT number and press Apply (3.).
Once you edited the Printing options the Header address (1.) and Header detail (2.) will show the information from Printing options and not from Company settings.
Next, go to Header detail (1.) tab and write the information you want to display (2.), for example if you want to add the mobile number but eliminate fax and webpage and press Apply (3.).
