How to Synchronize Exchange rates in Booking Manager

Booking Manager uses Euro as a default currency on reservations, but you are able to make calculations and issue invoices in other currencies as well. It order to do that you need exchange rates to calculate properly.

Booking manager can synchronize the exchange rates either with European Central Bank or with Croatian National Bank.

Selecting the bank

First you need to select the correct bank so first you need to to go Preferences (1.) > Reservation settings (2.)

Once in Reservation settings, in Defaults (1.) find the select for Synchronize exchange rates with bank (2.). ECB is preselected, but if you change to HNB you will need to press Apply (3).

The system also allows you to set up automatic synchronization. To do so you just need to click on Automatically synchronize exchange rates (1.) on startup and press Apply (2.).

Synchronizing Exchange Rates

Once you got the correct bank setup, go to Work > Exchange rates

1. Once in Exchange rates click on Synchronize with bank button to synchronize the rates with the selected bank.
