How to monitor synchronization

Since Booking Manager requires synchronization with the main server to have all up to date information it was always showing whether or not it was synchronized with the CBM.

In latest version this feature was upgraded with graphic icons so the status of the program becomes visually clear. These status icons can be found in the lower left corner

1. Icons and messages

When you open the program the indicator icon is red (1.) and it is stating that synchronization is required (2.)

Now you are able to click on the icon (1.) to open a menu that allows you to synchronize with CBM (2.).



NOTE: The red icon noting that synchronization is required will appear if you leave the Booking Manager open and do not synchronize for one hour or more.

Once you synchronized the program the icon will turn to green (1.) and it will state that the program is synchronized (2.).



Once the program is synchronized and you start working, any change will result in turning the icon to yellow (1.) and telling you how many actions are not synchronized (2.).



If you leave the program unattended for an hour or more the icon will turn to red and will state that synchronization is required, just as it did when you opened the program.

2. Memory usage

The memory usage was previously visible next to the messages.

Now it is moved to the button tooltip (1.) which becomes visible when you move the cursor over the button (2.)
