The new Booking Manager 10.1 has been released with following changes:
- new: LBM/Setup/Booking Systems: Preview of all available Booking Systems with possibility
to change their commission and disable/enable them.
- new: LBM/Reports/Chart Statistics: Added chart type "discounts by percentage".
- new: LBM/Work/Reservations: Possibility to view or send crew list link to both agent
and/or guest.
- new: LBM/Preferences/Reservation settings: New option to automatically disable user
when he is added to the crew list.
- new: LBM/Work/Reservations: Guests entered by hand can be added to addressbook with
the new button added after the guest field.
- new: LBM/Work/Yachts: Setting for sharing agency commission with the owner can be set
on the yacht.
- new: LBM/Reports/Invoice review: New feature to view all the invoices created in certain
period, by specific operator, on billing device, with specific payment method and more.
- new: LBM/WBM: Added option to hide booking calendar component on yacht details web
page.
- new: LBM: Tax value and Taxable amount can be set directly on the yacht and changed on
each reservation.
- new: Portal: Added option to hide yacht name on the price quote.
- new: LBM/Work/Reservations: Added new definition for Point export (Export Point 2).
- fix: LBM/Work/Reservations: Changed automatic filter type to "Contact info" when agency
and guest are selected from the addressbook.
- new: LBM/Preferences/Reservation Settings/Payment: New option to send payment warning
either to Agency/Client or to the actual billable user on the reservation.
- new: LBM/Preferences/Reservation Settings/Invoice: New option to hide tax breakdown
from documents that are not invoice (offer and booking confirmation).
- new: LBM/Work/Addressbook: When sending emails to multiple clients they will be
split into multiple messages if more than 500 users are selected.
- new: WBM/Portal: Yacht details page has been redesigned and lightbox picture viewer
has been added.
- new: LBM/Work/Addressbook: CODE field now can contain letters.
- fix: WBM/Portal: Fixed translations for extras and discounts on booking page.
- fix: LBM/Reports/Embarkment list: Fixed checkout remarks and transfer details on
table simple report.
- fix: CBM/Booking sheet: Disabled booking for yachts with price 0.
- fix: LBM/Work/Reservations: Disabled removal of extras with price 0 when new agent
is assigned to the reservation.
- fix: LBM/Newsletters: Fixed synchornization issues when users are deleted but were not
remove from the newsletter groups.
- new: LBM/Work/Reservations: Storing security deposit on reservation.
- new: Portal/My partners: Added possibility to export list of partners in xls format.
- new: LBM/Setup/Seasons and Prices: Automatically scrolling table with seasons/prices
to the last row for easier preview.
- new: WBM/Portal/My Account/Price Quote: Possibility to edit price quote template and
to change additional settings.
- new: Portal: Added new and modern editor for messages.
- new: LBM/Work/Payment Analyser: In Reservation view also showing Custom reservations.
Storno payments are listed in Payment and Invoice view with correct date and number.
- fix: LBM/Work/Booking sheet: Fixed issue with missing table headers. Fixed one way info
text and arrows.
- fix: LBM/Work/Payment Analyser: Fixed filtering by payment value.
- fix: LBM/Work/Reservations: Disabled guest preview button when guest was not selected
from the addressbook.
- fix: LBM/Reports/Reservation financial performance: Listing discounts in multiple rows.

- fix: LBM/Reservations: Disabled Delete button for Canceled reservations.
- new: LBM/Preferences/Printing options: Choose setting for display of the fullname.

- new: LBM/Work/Yachts: Added sort priority on yacht documents.
- new: LBM/WBM/Web service: Redesign of email messages sent from the system. Added
information about the booking system in which reservation was created.
- fix: LBM/Work/Reservations: Created new extra invoice will be opened in
separate window.
- fix: LBM: Showing yachts under service on main screen.
- fix: LBM/Work/Addressbook: Fixed filtering when viewing trips for clients when
there are no available clients.
- fix: CBM: Fixed language detection when selected language isn't available.
- fix: LBM/Work/Reservations: Disabled editing of the invoices that were already
transferred to financial software.
- fix: Webservice: Fixed unused parameters for discounts and removed discounts with price 0.
