Release Notes 8.7 (21.03.2012)

New Booking Manager version 8.7 has been released. Here are the detailed release notes:

 v.8.7.6258 (21.03.2012)
 - new: Newsletters: You can now use Booking Manager to manage your mailing lists and send
   professional newsletters to your clients. For this purpose Booking Manager is connected
   with leading Newsletter provider MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com). All you have to do is
   to create your MailChimp account and get your ApiKey from the MailChimp site. Next step
   is to create your mailing lists on MailChimp site and name them exactly as your newsletter
   group in Booking Manager. If some of your user groups are checked as a "Newsletter group"
   they will be automatically synchronized with the groups on your MailChimp account. In the
   Newsletter/Send newsletter menu you can enter your newsletter text and send it to
   selected group.
 - new: Preferences/Reservation settings: In the payments tab you can define how many
   days should pass before reservation will be marked as overdue. This option is
   added right next to "Tolerate overdue payments under (EUR)".
 - new: Preferences/Reservation settings: Now you can define name and translation for
   the agency discount in each available language.
 - new: Setup/Payment analyser: Everything related to merging of the overdue payments
   has been moved from Events tab to Payment analyser. Also added new filters for
   easier filtering of the first and second payments that are overdue. Two more
   columns added to the payments table which display the date when the first or second
   payment reminder was sent. System is automatically setting those dates when you
   send payment reminders or merge your first and second payment reminders.
 - new: Main: Events have been moved to the left on your main screen so that you can
   have a quicker look at them.
 - new: Work/Reservations: System will ask you if you want to automatically set an
   invoice date field on the payment when you change its date field.
 - fix: Work/Reservations: Print out of the invoice and booking confirmation should
   now show correct values for the discounts in case that all extras weren't added
   to the end in the table.
 - fix: Reports/Daily usage: Showing only reservations and owner weeks. Also
   displaying "Available yachts" only for the boats that are available for booking
   on selected date.
 - fix: Main: Discount value will change correctly in the price quote queue if you
   chose to apply subtotals on your discounts.
 - fix: Work/Reservations: Values in payments table are now displayed with the correct
   number of decimal places.
 - fix: CBM: When agent starts to search for a certain boat only boats that have
   a checkin day set to selected day will be shown. This prevents an agent to book a
   boat on Saturday if it has a checkin set to Thursday.
 - new: Main: When sending your price quotes system will apply correct discounts if
   they have subtotals and will take in account your taxable amount option.
 - new: Setup/Prices: Entering prices on the models is disabled if no prices were yet
   added. This feature will probably be removed completely in the future.
 - new: Multiple filters: Multiple filtering label in the address book, reservations and
   tasks editor will now show full filter history in a tooltip.
 - new: Work/Reservations: New filter - country of departure.
 - new: Preferences/Reservation settings: Now you can choose if you want to
   automatically attach yacht report when sending emails from the system.
 - new: Work/Reservations: Reservation will be automatically saved if you choose to
   print offer, reservation, invoice or send them by email.
 - new: Setup/Payment analyser: Information about reservation overdue days.
 - new: Portal: Confirmation email now contains info about option expiring date.
 - fix: Setup/Payment analyser: Column "client" shows correct name if the guest was
   invoiced.
