Release Notes 8.6 (15.02.2012)

New Booking Manager version 8.6 has been released. Here are the detailed release notes:

 v.8.6.6254 (15.02.2012)
 - new: Added ToDo notes to the system. Now you can assign a todo note on the user,
   yacht or reservation and set parameters for this note. Note will be
   automatically shown in the Events tab the day when it has to be completed.
 - new: Main: Events are now also listed in the left column of the main window for
   better visibility and are replacing the former "Today" information box.
 - new: Preferences/General options: Now you can set up which event types you don't
   want to see in the Events view. This setting is per operator, so the person working on
   invoicing may turn on the late payment tracking in the events, while base manager may
   turn on task tracking.
 - new: Invoices: New option for removing the agency commission from the invoice in cases
   agencies send invoices for their commission. This type of invoice can now be set-up
   generally in Reservation Settings, or per individual agency in Addressbook.
 - new: Work/Addressbook: New filters allow you to list the clients that did or did not
   make a booking in certain year. With these filters it is now possible to extract a
   target group of former customers for direct contact.
 - new: Preferences/General options/freeBo: From this version of LBM you are able to
   connect your Booking Manager fleet to freeBo by yourself, just by entering provided
   fleet codes in freeBo settings. When you login to your freeBo.net account, under "data"
   you will find a new setting called "MMK-System fleet-Id".
 - new: Work/Reservations: Total price of the options payable in base also shown
   on booking confirmation. This can be turned off with an option in reservation settings.
 - new: Automatic warning email sent to the charter and agency one day before option
   expires.
 - new: Reports/Agency and yacht performance: Separated columns that show options
   payable in base and payable on invoice.
 - new: Maintenance/Tasks editor: Added filter for activities and articles.
 - new: Maintenance/Tasks editor: Task categories displayed as hierarchy in the dropdown list.
 - new: Maintenance/Tasks editor: Activities and articles report now contains info about
   the individual activity completion date
 - fix: Work/Reservations: Information about rest payments is now correctly
   displaying all rest payments with their dates including the first and the third
   payment when printing advance payment invoices.
 - new: Contract templates: Now you can use additional information from the boat and
   boat model when merging document for the reservation. Also added new template codes
   for displaying first and second payment amounts without the agency commission.
 - new: Portal: Now you can edit css for your custom search forms online on the
   portal www.booking-manager.com. The editing is done in My account/Search form
   settings.     
 - new: Portal: Search form now has a new filter for service type. You can filter
   boats by different service: bareboat, crewed, cabin.
 - new: Portal: Added four more languages: Spanish, Lithuanian, Norwegian and Serbian.
 - fix: Setup/Prices: Added all available boat models in the filter.
 - fix: Main: When creating multiple reservations and selecting desired client
   system will correctly apply rule for option expiring days.
 - fix: Emailing: Fixed the issue where Microsoft Outlook connection with Booking Manager
   suddenly stops working.
 - new: Main: Possibility to reduce discount for certain yacht in price quote queue.
   Automatic calculation of the total price after discount has been changed.
 - new: Maintenance/Tasks editor: New option introduced to select default payment
   method for task invoices (this payment method will be automatically applied
   when new invoice is created from certain task).
 - new: Work/Reservations: Automatically attached yacht details report when sending
   email for the offer or reservation.
 - new: Work/Reservations: Automatic numeration for reservations when the option
   with the suffixes is turned on. System automatically shows clients previous
   reservations and lets you choose one of them. If previous reservation is chosen
   automatic numbering will be applied with the correct suffix attached.
 - new: Work/Reservations and Portal/My bookings: Filtering options by the date
   when option expires.
 - new: Maintenance/Warehouses: Added report for listing items available at certain
   warehouse.
 - new: Portal/My partners: Added legend and filtering by availability type and country.
 - new: Web service: Sending mail to agency and charter when booking was made over
   web service.
 - fix: Showing generic boat model names on portal and agency search forms.
 - new: Main: Double bookings will now open as a list in a single reservation editor window
 - fix: Main/Events: Default message and reservation list are now entered into email message
   when sending payment reminder fromm the Events tab.
 - fix: Work/Reservations: New coloring for the canceled and custom reservations to make
   them more readable
 - fix: Work/Bookingsheet: Legend is now hidden by default to provide more space for the
   booking sheet
