Once you opened a request or option on the Booking Manager portal you can manage it from My bookings.
When you login to the portal and click on My bookings (1.) you can see all of your offers, options, bookings etc.
Each booking has the manage button (2.) to enter My Bookings Editor, regardless of the status. Options and Offers also have the delete button (3.). Options also show the option expiry date (4.).
Opening an Option from Offer
If you want to open the option from the existing offer, enter the My bookings Editor.
Here you see Reservation status (1.) which is Offer and reservation details.
To open the Option click on Open option (2.) button.
System will ask you if you are sure so click Yes (1.) to open the option.
When the option is successfully opened you will get a notice that Booking status is changed and that e-mail was sent to the charter company (1.). Also the Reservation status is changed to Option (2.).
NOTE: since the reservation status Offer does not block the availability of the boat, if you waited too long to open the option and someone else opened the option or booked the boat the system will inform you that the boat is no longer available
Confirming the booking
To confirm the option to booking enter My bookings Editor for that option and click on Confirm (1.).
System will ask you if you are sure so click Yes (1.) to confirm the booking.
When the booking is successfully confirmed you will get a notice that Booking status is changed and that e-mail was sent to the charter company (1.). Also the Reservation status is changed to Reservation (2.).
After you confirmed the reservation you can manage payments received from your client, issue invoice for agency commission and send the invoice to your client.
NOTE: Once you confirm the reservation you will not be able to cancel it by yourself.
NOTE: If your option expires you will have to delete it in order to be able to find the boat in search results
