Release Notes 8.1 (14.09.2011)

New Booking Manager version 8.1 has been released. Here are the detailed release notes:

 v.8.1.6231 (14.09.2011)
 - new: Main/Available yachts: It is now possible to press right mouse button on some
   reservation in table to get a popup menu with options. Available options are: "View
   yacht", "New reservation", "View reservation" and "Send Quote".
 - new: Preferences/User groups: It is now possible to duplicate certain group and all
   permissions that are set for that group. Important thing is that no users will be
   duplicated to newly created group, only permissions will be applied. It is also
   possible to apply predefined groups permission to your own group of choice.
 - new: Reports/Agency financial performance: Generating report is now significantly faster. There
   is also a posibility to print only agencies/direct clients and old/new clients. Also,
   you can sort your results by name, number of reservations, total value and duration both
   in ascending and descending order.
 - new: Reports/Price list: Now you can print your price lists in every currency. When
   creating report just choose the currency that you want on your price list. Whole
   report screen is now reorganized so you can find options more easily. It is also
   possible to sort your boats by name, berths, cabins and length both in ascending and
   descending order
 - new: Reports/Expected payments: Generating report is now significantly faster and you can
   also choose how old reservations will be considered when producing report with included
   overdue payments.
 - new: Reports/Transfer list: Report margins are now smaller so there is more space to
   view your informations of interest. Also remark field is now expanded so it doesn't
   mater how long your remark is it will be shown completely on report.
 - new: Crew list MUP & TZ export: It is now possible to export only some of the crew
   members just by selecting those members in table on reservation and choosing "selected
   members" in export options.
 - new: Reports/Booking lists: Report screen is now much better organized and new option for
   printing booking sheet for only single yacht is now added.
 - fix: Yachts: When importing equipment on certain yacht, system will show you the name of
   equipment for which you are obliged to enter value.
