How To Use Yachting Feedback

Yachting Feedback is an online solution for showing the client's real experiences with the help of their text reviews, uploaded pictures or general ratings about the charter or agent which helps charter companies to improve their services.

How To Send Yachting Feedback form

When a charter is finished, go to My Bookings and find a reservation for which you want to send Yachting Feedback

1. Select Reservation
2. Choose down-pointing arrow
3. Select Feedback link

E-mail window will open and then

1. Enter your guest e-mail
2. Add Subject of your E-mail
3. Enter text for your guest
4. Select Send

Booking Manager Portal will send an E-mail with the Yachting Feedback  to selected guest

After he clicked on the provided link, he will be redirected to the Yachting Feedback website where he will be able to leave his feedback through questions provided.

If a guest leaves a comment for a company, later in the future once we collect enough opinions we will introduce them on the Portal.
