How to Disable Boat for Distribution

Booking Manager allows you manage your fleet in a different ways, weather to show it to agents or not to show. 

How to Disable Boat for Distribution

Go to Work-Yachts

1. To disable Boat for distribution, select a Boat
2. Disable Booking-select this if you don't want to be able to click on Reservation or Option
3. Disable on Web-if selected the boat will not be visible on the Portal, API, CBM or Mobile version,  it will be visible on the Search Widget of charter and Local Booking Manager
4. Disable on CBM-Select this if you don't want your CBM users/partners to see the boat
5. Disable Yacht Distribution-if selected, it will not be visible on the Portal, Search Widget of agent and through API but it will be visible to the charter in Local application and mobile version of the application

How to Remove the Boat from Main Screen

After the Boat is disabled for distribution you can also remove it from Main Screen

Go to Work-Yachts

1. Select a boat
2. Click- Delete

    3- Pop-up message will appear -select-yes

If you've deleted the wrong boat or you had that boat in fleet before and want to bring it back, on the top of the menu go to

1. Select View
2. Choose-Only Disabled Yachts

1. Choose a boat you want to bring back
2. Select-Enable- and the boat will appear on Main screen again

Before deleting a boat make sure you've disabled it from distribution because even if it's disabled agent can still find it
