How to hide Advance payment invoices on the Final Invoice

When a Final invoice is issued, it usually has Advance payments visible on the Final Invoice

The Booking Manager system has a feature that allows you to hide or show Advance payments on the Final invoice.

How does an Invoice with Advance payments look like

After you  issue an Invoice from Reservation and print it, Advance Payments are visible by default

How to Issue an Invoice without Advance payments visible

If you don't want Advance payments to be visible on the Final Invoice

Go to Preferences> Reservation

1. After that, go to tab Invoice
2. Deselect the field-Display payments on Master Invoice
3. Select Apply

After applying the new setting, Final Invoice will not have Advance payments visible.
