When agents are searching for the boats on the Portal, their data enter your Addressbook.
Sometimes Agency change their data so you need to update your Addressbook
How to change data in Addressbook
Go to Work > Addressbook
- Enter Agency or Guest name
- Choose tab
- Change the data you need, Company name, E-mail, Telephone...
- Click Apply
If you need to change additional data such as Password, VAT, Type of contract....
- Select tab Misc
- Change the data you need
- Select Apply
