Hubspot Integration

You can easily connect your Local Booking Manager application with Hubspot CRM. This allows you to access contacts in your Booking Manager address-book and Hubspot automatically.

How to integrate LBM and Hubspot

In order to integrate Hubspot with LBM click on:

PREFERENCES > ADD-ONS > HUBSPOT SETTINGS tab

In the API key column enter the API key from your Hubspot account and then click Apply.

How to transfer a contact from LBM to Hubspot and vice versa

In order to transfer a contact from LBM to Hubspot click on:

WORK > ADDRESS BOOK > SELECT CONTACTS > SYNC TO HUBSPOT

The system will show you in the second column (Booking Manager) all the data that the contact has in the Booking Manager address book, in the third column (Hubspot) the data contained in Hubspot, and in the fourth column the fields you want to synchronize.

If you want to synchronize the data from Booking Manager to Hubspot click SYNC TO HUBSPOT

If you want to synchronize the data from Hubspot to Booking Manager click SYNC FROM HUBSPOT
