Owner Share list - without commission fields

If you have an Owner Share list set for owners but want to limit the columns they see in the report you need to adjust the parameter "Owner shares agency commission expense with charter" on the Yachts module for the wanted yacht.

There are two possibilities to limit the view of the Owner Share List, from the dropdown menu you can select either option:

1.  No and then press the button Apply

2. Default

If you choose Default Please note that this option will take its input from the variable "Owner shares agency commission expenses with charter" from the Preferences > Payments 

Note: if this option is ticked then the owner share will be set as Yes, and if it is unticked it will show the Owner Share List without commission.
The Owner will then see the Owner Share List like in the example below, the only columns that will be included are: Base price, Discounts, Price, and Owner part
