How to change a Boat Product - WEB

Booking Manager allows you to offer your boat as a various Product.
 

The products that are available in Yacht Settings are:

• Bareboat
• Crewed
• Skippered
• Canal
• Cabin
• Cruise
• Flotilla
• Regatta 
• Allinclusive
• DailyCharter (hourly trips)
• Berth

Skippered vs. Crewed

Skippered is a new product and an improvement that allows agencies to indicate boats where only a skipper is provided.

Crewed is used for boats that come with a full crew, such as a skipper, hostess, chef, or other crew members.

The two products can be selected together for the same boat if both service options are available. However, it is important to understand the distinction and configure the products according to the actual service offered:

• Skippered = skipper only
• Crewed = full crew
• Both = the boat can be offered with either service, depending on the configuration

You can easily change this on your end. Go to:

1. Main Menu - Settings
2. Yacht Settings

From the Yacht Settings page, select a boat and scroll down:

From the Default Product field, you can change the product of the boat, for example, you can change it from Crewed to Skippered. 

1. Find the Default Product field and open the list from the Drop-down menu
2. Select the new product.
3. Press Save to apply the changes.

If you would like to keep the current product and offer the boat in multiple products:

Scroll down to Other Products Field:

1. Open the list by opening the Drop-down menu.
2. Select the products that you need.
3. Press Save to apply the changes.
