How to configure Content of the Price Quote - LBM

Booking Manager options allow you to configure what you want to show in your price quotes before you start sending them.

The options are located in Preferences > Reservation settings > Price quote (1.). Here you can define the following:

• Whether you want to display option expiry days if sending a quote for a boat that is under option (1.) in the quote
• Whether you want to display optional extras (2.) in the quote. Obligatory extras are always displayed
• Whether you want to send a link to the yacht detail page (3.) in the quote.
• Whether you want to display equipment of the boat (4.) in the quote.
• Whether you want to combine the base price and all obligatory extras prices to form an All-inclusive price (5.)
• Whether you want to show all applied discounts separated or added all together (6.)
• Whether you want to show extra info about the yacht (7.)
• Whether you want to show the base price and discounts (8.)
• Whether you want to show the checkout note (9.)
• Whether you want to displayed the item description in the price quote (10.)
• Whether you want to displayed the boat comment in the price quote (11.)
• Whether you want to use a different currency for the extras payable in base (12.)
• Whether you want to attached the document of the boat in the price quote (13.)
• Whether you want use the legacy or the default (new version) of the price quote template (14.)

Press Apply (9.) when you configure the Price quote.
