How to Place a boat Under the Service - WEB

Booking Manager gives you the option to put your boats in Service status for a specific period. This prevents agencies from booking your boats, for example, during maintenance periods. 

Create a Service on the Yacht Search Page

To put one of your boats in Service status from the Yacht Search page, click on the magnifying glass (1), set the filters that interest you (2), and start the search by clicking on the Search button (3).

The system will show you all available boats according to the filters you selected.

The system will open the Booking request page where you can select either Open Option or Direct booking (5).

Once you have clicked one of the two buttons mentioned above, change the booking status to Service (7) in the appropriate drop-down menu (6), then click Save (8).

Create a Service on the Booking Sheet Page

To put one of your boats in Service status from the Booking Sheet, click on the Booking Sheet icon(1),

Select the filters you are interested in (2) and click on Search (3).

The system will return the booking sheet of the boats that match the selected filters. Now select the view you want to have of the Booking sheet (4), select the period of interest (5), and click on Next (6).

The system will open the Booking request page where you can select either Open Option or Direct booking (7).

Once you have clicked one of the two buttons mentioned above, change the booking status to Service (8) in the appropriate drop-down menu (9), then click Save (10).
