Booking Manager enables you to choose if you want to issue Booking Confirmation for your guest
What is Booking Confirmation for Guest
This is a document that doesn't have agency commission and amount on it.
When you open a reservation and add an agent, the system will automatically calculate agency commission and show it on the calculation.
Here is how to issue a booking confirmation for a Guest on the Web version
On My Bookings (1), find the reservation (2) and then click on the Booking Confirmation (3)
You can choose on which language you want to print it (if you have already set the translation for these documents):
A po-up window will appear, showing all the information:
