How to work with payment methods in reservation settings

Booking Manager allows you to enter any number of payments methods as described in How to enter payment methods article.

However, you may want to temporarily deactivate some without deleting them or you may want to change the default payment method.

How to activate/deactivate payment methods

Open Preferences > Reservation

1. Payment methods
2. In there you have a list of Available payment methods entered in the Payment method editor
3. The list of Selected payment methods that can be applied to reservations.

1. To make a payment method available, select one from Available payment methods
2. Click on the arrow  to move it to select
3. Press Apply

1. To remove a payment method
2. Select one from Selected payment methods, click on the arrowto move it to available methods
3. Press Apply 

How to change the default payment method

1. The default payment method used on newly opened reservations is the first one in the Selected payment list.
2. To change the default, select the one you want to make the default
3. Click on the up arrow  to get it to the first place of the list 
4. Press Apply
