Managing Templates for Different Message Types

Booking Manager gives you the possibility to send different kinds of messages from the system automatically such as general messages to a group of clients, messages with booking confirmations, or payment warnings etc.
In addition, it also allows you to predefine and customize the messages that you send to your partners so and communicate with them in a faster and more consistent way.

How to add Message Template

Go to Preferences > Message

1. You will find 18 different message types that can be customized
2. Find the codes which can be inserted automatically
3. Choose between 28 languages on which you want the message to appear, and customize the appearance
4. Enter the text, logo or photo into it
5. Select Apply when done
