Costs tab allows you to enter special cost attached to a booking and decide who will pay for those costs.
- Open Reservations and select the reservation on which you want to add additional cost
- Click on Costs tab and
- Click on New to add new cost.
- On the item you can now add value (double click on the field to open it for editing), select to who the cost will be charged from the dropdown ( either you are sharing costs so it's split cost, either you are paying as a charter,or you are charging it to the owner
- Add the description of the cost (double click on the field to open it for editing).
- If cost is set to be charged to the owner these items will be automatically calculated on owner share report in Owner cost column
