Booking Manager enables you to send emails directly through the application. You can connect the Local Booking Manager to your mail client so the system will send mails through it.

How to connect the application to Outlook

In order for the application to recognize Outlook both must be working with the same number of bits ( 32 or 64) so you must have installed the correct version of the application.
To check the number of bits of your outlook you can go to Office Account --> About Outlook and you will be able to see whether you have 32-bit or 64-bit Outlook after the version number.

Here you can find step by step procedure.

If your email provides is not from the list you can choose Custom as service and you can manually insert the SMTP server and the connection security. The Port is automatically inserted when you choose the security.
