How to open multiple bookings from Booking Manager main screen

Latest 9.1 update of Booking Manager allows you to open multiple reservations with one click where by using the new Reservation wizard you are now able to either open multiple separate reservations for selected boats, or create one custom reservation with all selected yacht models listed as option items.

1. Selecting multiple boats

1. On main screen hold CTRL key on your keyboard and click on the boats that you want in your selection
2. Press New reservation
   
   

2.a. Creating multiple separate reservations with Reservation wizard

Once the Reservation wizard opens, you can

1. Pick the Client/Agent
2. Choose uest from the Address book
3. Increase or decrease the price and set the expiration date on the options.
4. Once you set all the parameters press Create Bookings.
   
   
   
   This will open separate Reservations editors where you can manage your reservations in regular way.
   
   

2b. How to create single custom reservation with all selected yachts listed as option items

Once the Reservation wizard opens, you can pick the Client/Agent (1.) and Guest (2.) from the Address book, increase or decrease the price (3.) and set the expiration date on the options.

Once you set all the parameters press Create single Booking.



This will open a single reservation with boats listed as options which is very usefull for flotilla reservations since all boats are on the same reservation.
