When you enter a contact into the Booking Manager address book you may want to add that contact to a certain user group for easier filtering of the contacts or to give that contact certain access right for work on the CBM.
To add the contact to the user group Go to Work > Addressbook.
- Set your filter to NO GROUP to find contacts that are not assigned to any user group.
- Select the contact
- Click on tab Access Rights
- Click on Add group
- Select the correct group to which you wish to add the contact from the popup window
Press Choose
- Once you selected the user group the group will appear in the list
The contact can be placed in several groups if required.
