How to enable a Responsive calendar on Yacht details

Booking Manager Portal allows you to enable the responsive calendar on Yacht details that will display prices per specific day and period

The calendar displays 6 weeks. The first of the month is always in the first week. Weekdays are ordered by the locale (eg. for en_us sun-mon, for hr mon-sun). The calendar header displays localized month and year, as well as the previous and next buttons. These buttons will change the month to one month before/after the current one.

Above the header is a duration selector which contains the values in the range minimum - maximum charter duration. 

The calendar cells display the month date and price after the discount for the selected duration. The cells that have the price shown are possible check-in dates and are clickable. Once the cell is clicked, the page will be reloaded with the new booking period which is constructed from the selected date and duration so the period start is <selected date> and the end is <selected date + duration>. 

Once a new duration is selected the cells will be rendered and display the new price for the selected duration. Also, cells/dates within the new duration will be colored indicating the newly selected duration for the current check-in/selected date. For daily charters (check-in time before check-out time) exact number of cells like duration will be colored, while for nightly (check-in time after/equals check-out time) it will be one more; eg. for selected date 28.8.2024. and duration 3 for daily charters the period will be 28.8.2024.-30.8.2024. and for nightly 28.8.2024.-31.8.2024.

If the property is set to true price calendar will be displayed, otherwise "Alternative dates" will be displayed.
Keep in mind, that this property also affects if the calendar will be displayed on the yacht details page.

How to set up a Responsive calendar on the Portal

From the Portal main screen go to

1. Settings
2. Web Search Engine
3. Defaults

After that, if you want to enable the Responsive calendar enable the Show booking calendar on yacht details page option, and click on the button Save         

How to set up a Responsive calendar on the Local Booking manager

From the Local Booking Manager main screen go to

1. Preferences
2. Web Search Engine

After that, if you want to enable the Responsive calendar enable the Show booking calendar on yacht details page option, and click on button Apply
