Affiliate Search Engine Widget

Clients with activated affiliate functionality are able to give out the Search Engine Widget white label codes to their subagents and allow them to refer search results and bookings to the Search Engine Widget search owner that can be Charter Company or Agency.

Bookings received from affiliate partners also contain information about the source of the request, so you can track the number of requests received from each partner. This is visible on each reservation in the reservation editor.

The configuration of each of the partners' Affiliate account is done in Charter Company or Agency Address book in the “Affiliate” Tab.

There you can define basic settings:

1) Enable/Disable affiliate account for a particular client
2) Generate Affiliate search URL
3) Decide on the Cookie duration
4) Decide on Commission type whether it will be calculated in percentage or fixed amount
5) Decide on Commission percentage/amount
6) Decide on the Option to send a confirmation email to Affiliate partner (Charter Company or Agency) on each order

In order to put Search Engine Widget correctly on Affiliate Web Site, Affiliate needs to include HTML codes as on the examples:

1. In case Affiliate wants to use Small Search Form on his Web Site he can use next codes:

Depending on different Affiliates, only URL part has to be changed according to Generated Affiliated Search through the Addressbook.

Whenever a company wants to issue a report for Affiliate bookings that were done for a specific week, month or year, they can easily do that from the Affiliate Report

and get information on a number of reservations that were done through Affiliate Search Engine Widget and how much money Affiliate has made for a selected period.
