My Trip is a feature for both agents and charters.
Booking Manager enables you to easily create a My Trip link that you can share with the end client.
The link can be sent via the Portal in an SMS
MY Trip is a user-friendly booking confirmation that has valuable information for the end client, such as Check-in & out times, Base (or Marina) information, Services such as the possibility to add additional extras to the reservation, Payment info alongside a “Pay now” button, Guest information, where they can fill out crew list, and Documents (where they can access booking confirmation and upload documents)
- How to send the link?
To send the link from LBM, you should go to:
- Reservation
- Click on My Trip Link at the bottom of the page
From the pop-up window, press on Send:
The recipient will receive an email with a My Trip link and a PIN code.
Once the client presses on the link, he will be directed to My Trip page:
To enable the features on this page, the client has to a the PIN code from the SMS message:
They will get a green confirmation if the PIN code is entered correctly, and they will have full access to the listed features:
