Pro Review allows agents to rate their bookings and overall cooperation experience with charter companies with up to 5 stars, with 1 marking the lowest and 5 the highest satisfaction level. On top of leaving the star rating, the agents can leave comments about their overall experience with a Charter Operator.

How to see ratings

When you are searching Yachts on Booking Manager Portal you are able to see how charter operators are rated by other agents. Under the name of every Yacht you can see the companies star rating.

How to rate your experience with a charter operator:

To leave a review of your booking experience with a charter company go to:

My Bookings (1) > Write Review (2).

A new pop-up window will appear where you can write your review and select the number of stars. By clicking Save, your review has been successfully added.

How to see all the ratings of charter operators in the system:

To see how charter operator had been rated go to:

REVIEWS (1) - All Charter Reviews (2)

Here you can see all the ratings and reviews sorted by date, with the most recent ones displayed on top. You can also sort (2) by Rating or you can search for a specific company (4).

E-mail flow

When the charter/agency creates a new review, the other side will get an e-mail about the new review.

 

When the agency/charter leaves a reply, the other side will get an email about a reply.
