Adding Seasons to Booking Manager - WEB

When you add a new boat in a way described in Adding a new boat to the fleet, in order for you to be able to see the boat on the main screen, you need to add seasons and prices to the boat.

Here we will cover adding the seasons to the system.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Season groups and seasons should always be carefully added because there is no way to delete them. You can only delete a season if it's empty.

To find the seasons, go to Settings (1) - Prices (2) - Seasons (3)
 

To create a new season, click on New (1). Once created, click on the new season (2) and rename (3) if needed.

To start adding seasons to your new season group, click on New Season (4).

Once you clicked on New Season, you'll get a date range From and To. 

To adjust the From dates, click on the calendar icon (2) next to it and choose an appropriate date.

To adjust the To dates, click on the calendar icon (3) next to it and choose an appropriate date.

You can repeat this process for as many dates as you need. 

Note: keep adding seasons one at a time, because like that, the end date from the previous season is going to be the starting date for the new season.
