With Central Booking Manager you can manage the contacts in your Address Book.
When you log in on CBM click on Addressbook (1.) to open it. Once it opens you can select which users to show (1.), enabled (default) or disabled. You can filter to show only a particular user group (2.) or show only users with access to CBM (3.).
You can either click on New (4.) to add a contact or select an existing contact (5.) and click on Select (6.) to load the users data.
If you want to grant an existing contact to CBM that contact has to have E-mail entered (7.), since it serves as a username and Password (8.).
If the contact has a check on Disable login (9.), that contact will not be able to log in to your CBM regardless of the username and password and will not be able to find your boats on the Booking Manager Portal.
If the contact is able to login to your CBM, but can not see the booking sheet that means that the contact is not assigned to any user group and has no access rights.
Open the contact and click on Groups (1.). Select the User group (2.) and click Add (3.) so the user group is added to User's group on the right (4.). The group that has basic access rights is the group Agencies.
