How to control options in waiting - LBM

Booking Manager was always able to keep one option on the boat at any given time, but since version 9 this was upgraded to allow you to put the option on waiting on the boat.

This enables you to put the second option on top of the existing one and the second one will automatically become the active option if the first one is not confirmed, expires or is cancelled.

You have control on whether you want to allow options in waiting for your fleet in your Local Booking Manager and on the portal.

Allowing options in waiting in Local Booking Manager

In order to allow your Local Booking Manager to be able to open Options in waiting go to Preferences > Reservation settings > Defaults (1.), place a check on Enable options in waiting (2.) and press Apply (3.).

Allowing options in waiting on-line

In order to allow agents to open Options in waiting on-line go to Preferences > Web Search engine > Online (1.), place a check on Show yachts under option on WBM search engine and press Apply (3.).
This enables your boats under the option to be visible in search results.
