Booking Manager Portal is a flexible tool that gives you a unique opportunity to offer partial payments in several installments. To enter the payment methods, follow these few easy steps in your Agency Portal: My Account > Reservation Setting> Payments editor.
Now, on the left side, you have a Payment method (1) there you can choose one of your existing methods or create a new one with a click on icon New (2), on the right side are Details (3) there you can enter the following: Name of the payment method, Advance and second payment in percentage and with a number of days after the confirmation and before the charter, bank account number, banking details (5), payment terms (6) and additionally payment note (7), also you can create it on different languages (4) and when you are finished with entering just simply click Save (8) button on the end of the page.
If you offer a Third payment, the system will calculate it automatically based on entered percentage of the first two payments, Payment Terms write-in field Payment terms.
