How to enable Terms and Conditions

Booking Manager Portal allows you to insert your own Terms & Conditions in the Search Engine Widget that will be displayed to the guests before the booking confirmation and in the Crew List entry form.

Terms and conditions are important as a legal basis on the obligations of fleets and guests as well as a GDPR requirement in agreeing to the usage of the private Data in order to fulfil the service.

How to set up Terms and Conditions on Booking in Manager Portal

From the main screen go to

1. Settings
2. Company Details

After that, scroll down to

1. Terms and Conditions - enter your T&Cs
2. Enable T&Cs

If you have a Search Engine Widget on your website and a guest want's to book a boat through it, Terms and conditions will appear at the end of the booking step.
