How to Add User in the Address Book - LBM

Booking Manager Address Book is a feature that allows you to add and find all types of contacts such as guests, agencies or charter companies.

How to add a Contact in the Address Book

Go to Work-Address Book

Addressbook will open

1. Click on New

When the new window opens,

1. In the tab Properties
2. Enter data about the client
3. Select Apply

If you want this user to be able to log in to the application,

1. Go to tab Misc
2. Enter the password
3. Add Administrators Access Rights
4. Select Apply

E-mail entered under tab Properties and password entered under tab Misc will be user log-in data depending on Access Rights you provide them
