Booking Manager Address Book is a feature that allows you to add and find all types of contacts such as guests, agencies or charter companies.
How to add a Contact in the Address Book
Go to Work-Address Book
Addressbook will open
- Click on New
When the new window opens,
- In the tab Properties
- Enter data about the client
- Select Apply
If you want this user to be able to log in to the application,
- Go to tab Misc
- Enter the password
- Add Administrators Access Rights
- Select Apply
E-mail entered under tab Properties and password entered under tab Misc will be user log-in data depending on Access Rights you provide them
