After you open a reservation, Booking Manager allows you to add or remove optional extras from the calculation of your booking.
How to Add an Optional Extra from the Application
To add an optional extra from your application:
- Go to Work and click Reservations - Select specific Reservation
- click on the Calculation tab
- select Extras from the drop-down menu "Add"
- select the optional extra that you want to add to the booking
- click on "Add" button
Once these steps have been done, the selected extra will be visible in the calculation.
How to Add an Optional Extra from the Web Version
To add an optional extra from your Web Version:
- Go to Bookings, Reservations and Options, select the reservation, and click on Edit
- click on the Calculation tab
- select Option from the drop-down menu "Add"
- select the optional extra that you want to add to the booking
- click on "Add" button
To complete the operation click on Save:
