You can easily connect your Booking Manager with Hubspot CRM. This allows you to use Booking Manager functionalities directly in HubSpot CRM
How to integrate LBM and Hubspot
To integrate Hubspot with LBM you need to click on the following link.
When the following window opens, click on connect.
Once you connect a new tab will open where you can select for which company you wish to connect (1.) and click choose account (2.):
Once you have connected the app, Hubspot will redirect you to the Booking Manager login page , where you can log in with the username and password of the Booking Manager account you wish to connect and click login:
once you log in, the installation will be completed
After successful installation, the user can start using the HubSpot app which can be found on both Contacts and Deals page within HubSpot.
Installation is possible only for the advanced users. If the user trying to install the app is not advanced, will not be able to install the app and the following screen will appear:
Once you have completed the integration you will be able to:
- Sending offers (price quotes) & creating bookings within HubSpot over Booking Manager system
- Tracking the last 10 bookings made with that client with the status that blocks availability (reservation, option, option expired, service, owners week, regatta)
- Accessing booking sheet to check availability and send quotes
How to Send Offers & Create Booking
Clients in Booking Manager are linked to contacts in HubSpot by email.
Select the contact on Hubspot for which you want to open an option or send an offer and go to the bottom of the page dedicated to the contact.
In the Bookings section you can click on the Yacht Search button:
Clicking on Yacht Search directly in Hubspot will open the Booking Manager Portal window where you can proceed with booking or sending price quotes exactly as on your Booking Manager account.
How to track the last 10 bookings
With the integration between Hubspot and Booking Manager, you can track the latest 10 bookings by check-in date in CRM card (descending order by check-in). If there are less than 10 bookings made for that client then that number of bookings is displayed. Note that only bookings that block availability will be displayed.
From this section by clicking on Actions you can also directly send the crew list link of the reservation.
Accessing booking sheet to check availability and send quotes
To check the booking sheet and send options click on Actions and open the drop-down menu where you select Booking Sheet:
The system will open the Booking Sheet of our portal from which you can carry out all its functions.
