Price Quote Settings

Booking Manager options allow you to configure what you want to show in your price quotes before you start sending them to your guest.

How to change Price Quote settings

To change Price Quote settings go to Settings>Price Quote Settings>Settings

Settings you can change:

1. Show Option expiry days in price quote.
2. Show optional extras in price quote. 
3. Always send a link to the yacht detail page in the quote.
4. Show the equipment in price quote.
5. Calculate all inclusive price from obligatory extras.
6. Show discount breakdown in price quote.
7. Show yacht extra info in price quote.
8. Show base price and discounts in price quote.
9. Show checkout note in the price quote.
10. Show item description on price quote.
11. Use local currency for extras payable in base.

Extras payable in base in local currency

Prices in Booking Manager are usually displayed in Euros (€).
However, if you are, for example, an agency from the United Kingdom, you might want to send Price Quotes to your clients with prices payable on invoice in pounds sterling (GBP), but want the price for the extras payable upon arrival at the base to be displayed in the local currency.
In that case you can select “Use local currency for extras payable in base” in the Price Quote settings.
