Sending Price Quotes from Search results

Once you performed the search on the portal you can send a preliminary price quote to your client before you open the booking.

How to Send Price Quote from Search Results

1. Press Add to quote on every boat you want to add to the Price Quote.
2. The boats will appear in the Price Quote on the right
3. You will be able to modify the discount
4. You can choose how many passengers on board will be so if the charter has extras that are calculated per passenger, the system will automatically calculate it and show it in the Price Quote
5. Select the language in which you want to send it
6. Press Send 

Once you clicked Send system will open an e-mail window

1. Write the receiver e-mail address or choose an existing client
2. E-mail message to your client which can be customized
3. Select Send the quote.
