How to hide Advance payment invoices on the Final Invoice - WEB – Booking Manager

When a Final invoice is issued, it usually has Advance payments visible on the Final Invoice

The Booking Manager system has a feature that allows you to hide or show Advance payments on the Final invoice.

How does an Invoice with Advance payments look like

After you issue an Invoice from Reservation and print it, advance payments are visible by default.

When on the main screen navigate to Settings (1) > Reservation settings (2) > Invoice (3)

Untick the Display payments on master invoice (1) and click on Save (2)

After applying the new setting, Final Invoice will not have Advance payments visible.
