How to obtain the certificate from FINA

In order to start setting the Booking Manager for fiscalization you will first need to obtain the correct certificates from FINA.

Prerequisites to download digital certificates for fiscalization

A prerequisite for obtaining digital certificates for fiscalization that business entity is previously registered in the PKI system of FINA. If company already uses digital FINA certificates for some other needs registration process does not need to be repeated. If the registration is necessary check the detailed instructions on the website of FINA concerning fiscalization.

After the registration is complete, all you need to download the digital certificate for fiscalization to a personal computer and Internet access.

Authorization data for the certificate download for fiscalization

Downloading the digital certificate for fiscalization done using CMS FINA portal for certificates download . This is done by accessing the portal with authorization data.
When submitting the application for certification (on web or in any FINA branch) it is possible to fill in your cell phone number and e-mail address. In this case, the authorization data is supplied by two independent channels without the need for re-arrival of FINA. Activation code is supplied by SMS and the reference number to the e-mail specified in the request. Also, it is possible to claim authorization data after submission in FINA branch and with them download the certificate for fiscalization.


In FINA branch on the counter for fiscalization, LRA officers can, in a relatively short time after entering data in the registration application, give to client a paper with written authorization data.

Opening the portal to download digital certificate required for fiscalization

Internet address of the portal for downloading the certificate for fiscalization is https://mojcert.fina.hr/finacms/

After entering the address into the browser you may receive one of the following messages:

Firefox

You receive a warning that you are opening a non-confirmed page so you need to click on Add exception.

Next click on confirm exception so that Firefox does not ask again.

Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer can react in similar way and after you click on continue to this website.... the CMS Portal will open.

 

Downloading the digital certificate for fiscalization

After the page opens click on Register (1.)

and then click on Registration - Soft certificates (1.), enter the Reference number (2.), Authorization code (3.) and press Register (4.).

After entering the reference number and authorization code, CMS will open a window with the available certificate where you place a check to select the certificate and click on Izdaj označene (Issue selected).

This starts the download process of the certificate and you need to enter the password to protect the certificate:

After you enter the password you need to place a check that the password is saved which will then activate the Ok button and download can continue.

Next step is saving the file to your computer. In Firefox you need to select Save File and press OK to save it.

Process of importing certificate will start, choose Current user and specify where it will be stored

To complete the download you will have to confirm that the file was correctly saved.

Once you have obtained the certificate you can proceed to setup the Booking Manager.
